    Connection

    My Connection keeps closing every 5 seconds, and it is very annoying. I have cleared my cookies, reset my WIFI , close and reopen the app, Nothing is working. The game wouldn't even let me in earlier. Any Suggestions?

    Hi Blue,

    We had a connectivity issue last night that was affecting all players, causing spaces to load very slowly or not load at all. It stabilized after a few hours, but can you please confirm if you’re still experiencing this issue now?

    If the problem is still happening, please share a bit more information, such as what device and operating system you’re using (Apple/macOS or Windows). Have you always experienced this issue or has it just suddenly started happening?

      Blue, sorry to hear you are having issues with your connection. Are you per chance using a Mac device? The Find My app/setting can intefere with connection and may the cause behind your connection. If not, it may be exploring if you have any security apps on your device that may be blocking SmallVerse.

      In addition, if you go into your WiFi app/dashboard (if you have one) you may be able to explicitly allow the site "smallverse.app" which may assist in stabilizing your connection.

        Hi, no i am using a windows HP computer, and yes i am still having an issue. I have 1G fiber so i know its not my wifi. I can't do my missions because it closes out my spaces stating my connection has closed.

          i do not have a wifi app, any other suggestions? I am using a windows HP computer

            Hi Blue,

            I’m not entirely sure what’s causing this on your end, but we have seen cases where certain background applications that refresh frequently (such as device tracking, syncing, or security/network tools) can interfere with SmallVerse and cause repeated disconnects.

            If you have anything running in the background that tracks devices, syncs data, or constantly refreshes your connection, please try disabling it temporarily while playing and see if the disconnects stop.

            If the issue continues, please let us know what device/operating system you’re using, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

              i am using a windows 11 HP computer, and i am still having the issue
