I am having an issue where I cannot see the chats of one user, private and public. They can see my chats, but I can't see theirs. Can only see emotes and mail. It's only happened with this one user and other users in the space can see their messages.

It sounds like you may have them blocked, and sometimes this can happen accidentally. You can check by clicking on the avatar, selecting Manage and then you'll see the option to block/unblock. If this isn't the issue, please contact support@smallverse.app so we can get more account specific details to investigate this further. -

Have you both tried refreshing the space or moving to a different space to see if that resolves the issue? Occasionally this can happen, and a simple refresh is often enough to correct it.
