Connection Closed Unexpectedly

Every time I play SmallVerse, around two minutes into loading into a space I will lose connection quite often. I've tried to delete and reinstall but no luck, I have also played around with performance settings and activated Tunnelling but still not working. It is quite frustrating when trying to do missions or just playing games with people. Any idea how to fix or at least stop myself being disconnected every 2-5 minutes from a space?

Hi am getting the same connection loss every few seconds as well very annoying, I have a shop too and it makes ir hard to get my items and restock and to also do missions or just chat with friends basically can not do anything and I did uninstall the game too nothing seems to work that I have tryed. I need help

Ive only joined the game yesterday and no matter what time it is my connection keeps going, i could be doing a mission or being in any kind of space and it just closes automatically after a few minutes, my wifi is absolutely fine and ive also tried connecting to my hotspot but still no luck. Could this be looked into and fixed please
