Super specific question but hopefully someone can help! I just downloaded the game yesterday but for some reason I'm not able to open the website or application at all when connected to wifi. It runs with no problem when connected to my phone's hotspot though. I'm not sure if anyone would know what I might need to bypass or change in my wifi settings so that Sv works properly?

What type of device are you running the game on? If you are playing on desktop/laptop, try reconnecting to wifi and then power cycle device (turn on/off). Then, restart the game. If you are playing on mobile (phone/tablet) your phone probably isn't connected properly to the wifi and that will obsolete internet connection. Also, on mobile, depending on the browser, flash may not be enabled (this is my guess as to the root of the problem). You need to have a specific browser with flash enabled to run the game successfully on wifi.

Sorry, to clarify, I'm using my Macbook air connected to my phone's hotspot. That's the only way the game works for me. Tried both chrome and safari. I tried getting a flash extension and it didn't do anything. Tried disconnecting wifi, reconnecting, turning everything on and off, even messed around with some settings based on a google search but still nothing.Comment
