    Email Bug

    I emailed support 8 days ago and I still not got no auto message back asking for my info or any response at all. I think the support email system is down or not working as my email has been sent. as i always get a auto response back in seconds. (Yes Checked Spam and Junk, Yes email is correct)

    Twilight, I have sent a test email to support and it appears to be working. We have not received any other reports in relation to this. This would be an issue on your side, sometimes inboxes do not receive incoming mail if you have exceeded storage capacity. You may want to try sending an email again.

      Still having the same issue, I tested it I made a new email account and email support and I'm still not getting a auto message respond back. it is the support email problem please look into this.
