Winter Sports mission not giving hot chocolate reward

Hi,
I've been trying to do the Winter Sports mission at Mount Small since it came out, and whenever I do it I do not receive the Hot Chocolate reward. I've tried both the Portuguese and English versions.

Noora, it may be that you are completing the mission too quickly and this is the reason you have not received your reward. Make sure you complete the mission in no less than 4 minutes.
