    Offers for Gold

    I am working on a multilevel offer (a game) and I have been awarded all of my Gold for the levels I've beat, except for the one before last - level 40. It paid out level 30 and level 50, but it shows that I did not get paid for level 40. What to do?

    Ellie, I understand that you are missing a reward. Unfortunately, the Team are not able to verify the missing reward directly. Our Offer Providers require that all disputes for uncredited rewards be submitted through their respective support channels. After they review the offer and confirm completion with their vendors, they will notify us to credit any rewards that are owed.

    For Wannads:
    Tickets must be submitted through the widget inside The Factory, which sends your request directly to their team.

    Once the Offer Provider completes their investigation and confirms that your reward was not granted, they will contact us directly so we can add the missing amount to your account. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
