the tv's are bugged keeps popping up error saying too many videos already on the tv when trying to look for one but there i don't have any on there.

I’m also still experiencing this issue. The YouTube speaker has been broken for me since last year — it always shows “Sorry, but you have reached your quota,” and clicking the quota link logs me out. TVs have also never worked as intended and I’m unable to save or play any videos in-world.
These problems were understandable during beta, but the platform is now released and this feature is still unusable. It’s becoming very frustrating and I hope this can be prioritized for a fix.
