hey I just got on here switching over from minimania and it looks very pixelated.. im on my laptop and not puffin so im so confused. do we know a solution ??

Janelle, could you please explain in further detail what you mean by pixelated avatars. It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of what you are encountering. I would encourage you to check your network connection and reinstall the game as it sounds like it may be an issue on your side. -

I don't know how to add image here. It wont let me its saying file to big but i genuinely do think its something with the downloading link. Because when I download it on my other laptop it works and the app shows the picture like the logo icon on bottom of the screen but on this laptop that it is not working on which is the one I use all the time the icon does not show up for it to load. The laptop that it is not working on is windows 11.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this blurry or pixelated issue on one device but not the other. It’s likely related to that specific device or its settings.
One thing you can try is making sure you’re fully zoomed in. When fully zoomed in, the display appears the clearest, but even zooming out slightly can reduce the overall quality.

Hey ! yes when i do full screen it clears up for a second and then no longer is clear. im unsure what to do or how to fix maybe the settings like you've said previouslly.Comment
