I purchased a gold picture frame and it gives me a widget error. When I press 'configure' to add an image, it doesn't do anything. Every time I enter the space that it's in, the widget error notification pops up. "Couldn't load Widget Asset - Error 2032"

Sarah, I have tested this item and it appears to be working as expected. The error message may occasionally show but it does not mean the widget is not functioning. When configuring the frame, make sure you are copying and pasting the image link by right clicking the image on Pinterest. -

I visited your space and I can now see the issue. You are using the Gold Plaque item which does not appear to be configured with Pinterest. I will raise this with our Technical Team and have it either rectified or removed from the catalog.
The Golden Picture Frame item is configured with Pinterest and can be used as an alternative.Attached FilesComment

The Gold Plaque item has been updated to support Pinterest. You should now be able to click Configure and add an image. The item icon and description will be updated soon to reflect this change.Comment
