Keep loading into spaces with the message 'Missions loaded unsuccessfully.' in spaces that don't have missions or do. Example: trying to start the birthday mission, not able to and receiving error message despite refreshing.

Occasionally, missions can become bugged and fail to appear in your active list, even though one is still technically active in the background. When this happens, it can prevent other missions from loading properly. This issue was addressed some time ago to prevent it from occurring again.
It looks like your last active mission was from March. We’ve now cleared your active mission list, so you should be able to start and play missions normally again.
