I’m sorry to hear you didn’t receive this month’s loyalty item. On your home page, are all of your weekly loyalty sections fully completed, or is one of the weeks showing as incomplete?

I looked into this further, and it appears that you were rewarded the Crystal three days ago and then sold it in world to another player for gold.
