Which sprinkler are you currently experiencing issues with? Have you had a chance to review the forum thread that explains the required planter placement for the sprinklers to work correctly in Announcements? You’ll also need to make sure the interactions are set up properly.

We haven’t received any other reports of sprinklers not working, so any additional details you can provide would be very helpful in identifying and resolving the issue.

I read through the Sprinkler post and I'm still a little confused. I understand I have to be a certain craft level to CRAFT a sprinkler, but do I have to be a certain level to USE one? I bought a green sprinkler (just called "sprinkler") from someone at their crafted items store. I set by my plants, turned it on... and it does not keep the plants watered. I assume it's just a basic level, so I only put 4 plants around it. Still... nothing. What am I doing wrong? I am a lower level. 89 for crafting and 92 for farming.

Ellie, the Green Sprinkler is not considered an automated sprinkler hence you are having no success with it. In order to craft an automated sprinkler you must be level 125 crafter for the Advanced Sprinkler, level 150 crafter for the Professional Sprinler, and level 175 crafter for the Elite Sprinkler.
