daily gold not working

Hi, is anyone else having trouble redeeming the daily gold? myself and 2 of my friends are being told there is an error and we've already collected it but we haven't. any advice on how to fix? thanks

yes, it had reset to the lowest reward so definitely reset. i have just collected today's of 10g.
