Bought Art and disappeared

Hi there I bought two pieces of art from a very kind and OG smallworlds, Respected, and talented member- Legeias teppes, I bought two paintings. One is of the back of a woman {which I have} but the Emily the strange...I saw the preview of the back of the woman painting wearing a hat which is fine but there was some kind of glitch and the Emily the strange painting disappeared and is just a graffitti board. Elizzah, please accept my apologies for not seeing your thread sooner. Have you managed to resolve this issue?

If not, when you place it in your space can other players see the painting or is it limited to only yourself? Have you tried reinstalling the game?

I haven't tried to re install the game. I'm afraid I will lose it. I only can see one of the paintings from the same artist. I see it as a preview in my inventory and I see it on the wall, however, the other painting which is Emily the Strange, has disappeared completely and only shows grafitti board. Frustrating to say the least and I've lost money. I think it was 2500 I didn't check to confirm but I believe that is what I paid. Legeia Teppes is a legend and well respected player. I don't understand what happened.
Also, yesterday I bought two wigs. One blonde with a braid and the other was a deep red with long hair. The blonde one I can wear, however the red one is not allowing me to wear it...it just says vip required...my Vip doesn't expire for some time...I have spent much already on the game...Thank you and appreciate it if it can all be resolved...even the you tube..I can save the playlist out of t he tv and can add songs where the automatic video I chose to play automatically . I see my playlist to the right but no song plays because when I switch to the larger tv screen it shows no playlist. Sometimes it allows me to add songs with the plus sign..other times I can't..however it never saves it as it shows object . I don't understand. :}

Elizzah, I visited you in-world and we addressed the issues with your missing painting as well as the wig. As I said to you, we are investigating the issue with YouTube and we will update you as soon as we have some news on a resolution. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
