as title says, the visible speed boosts do not work at Street Level Skate Park.

Amanda, the Speed Power-Up items do work, you need to walk/skate through them. You will see them animate and hear a twink sound effect.Attached Files -

the two in the middle work.... technically. but they disappear after the first use. Check out my attached photo.
The blue boxes indicate the speed boosts that worked but disappeared and went invisible (meaning they don't show back up but you can still reactivate them)
The red boxes indicate the speed boosts that do not activate. Thanks.
