No beta cape!

Joined last week, had only just found the game but was super excited to have made it into beta. I know other people who joined in November who did in fact get the cape, was wondering if it was a glitch that i didn't get one? i'm emo lol
i was 6 when the OG SW had beta so obvs didn't get it then haha and this time around i have serious fomo not getting the cape.

ahh glad its not just me (but also sorry!!). i saw another girl who joined in november with a cape in a space, so hopefully ours are coming too!

Brooke & Retro, you must have played a total of 12 hours to receive the Beta Founding Cape. Both your accounts have less than 12 hours of gameplay and this is the reason you weren't eligible to receive the cape.

I wish i'd known i wouldn't be eligible as part of beta before i spent a bunch of money on the game ahead of the cape drop. :/ stopped myself from buying vip just now at least when i came on to see we'd been excluded

I hope you reconsider this for those of us who are really excited about this game but didn't hit the mark that wasn't even informed to us. I've played and spent money on the game in beta just like many others. i have the beta on my profile so why wouldn't i also be allowed the cape? this feels unfair and frustrating

I am feeling the same way. I joined in November but know for a fact that I have put in over 12 hours to the game since I started at the beginning of November. I have also spent money and planned to continue, but even though I have tracked my hours and they are well over 12, the internal system is saying it has not been 12 hours so I am also missing my cape. I wish an announcement would have gone out ahead of time so I could have had an opportunity to remedy the issue in advance :/
