Can't load into Apartment 24-K Space

I just bought the 24-K apartment, and it was fine for a while. However, I now can't enter the space. I've restarted, reinstalled, etc. I don't know what further to do.

**EDIT** It happens whenever I try to customize my space. I just did it to the starter space, and now thats frozen too.

May, this issue is specific to the Apartment 24-K space. Are you having the loading issue with all spaces?
