i reached 7000xp for last week. Now, when trying to harvest, I gain nothing. Has the new week not rolled over yet?

The weekly XP cap resets every Saturday at 00:00 SVT, so your limit will reset later tonight. Once it does, you’ll be able to start earning XP again as normal.
