Entire game super buggy

Not sure what happened but at some point today, the game entirely got super buggy for everyone it seems.

Here's some examples of what happens:
-When you shoot a gun, it won't actually shoot.
-Some avi's get stuck in some effect from a weapon
-Loading into a space for the first time will sometimes put you in a random spot?
-Your outfit that you're seeing on screen is different than what other people see.
-Your outfit changes randomly?
-Some people have had their outfits change when they've been shot at.
-Emotes either don't pop up at all or get stuck...

And that's just a few things....
Please address. This is horrendous.
