Can't harvest + No Pet

I can't harvest plants or gain XP for them. Plus my pet cannot be seen in my friends instance, but appears in every other instance I go into thus far.

Dina, could you please share more about what happens when you attempt to harvest plants? Those details would be helpful in diagnosing this issue. As for your pet, are you sure your friend has not disabled pets in her space?
