Loyalty XP glitched and not progressing!

The other day I noticed that I am no longer getting XP pop ups and progress updates on the loyalty XP progress. I am aware others are having the same issue. Since the progress bars have vanished I am unable to complete this week's loyalty challenge. I only had some farming / harvesting to complete but it is no stuck for me!

Hi Neb,

I’m sorry for the trouble with the notifications. Your points are still being added as normal even if the pop-ups don’t appear. All completed tasks still count toward your Loyalty Challenge. You can double-check your total anytime on your Profile page under the Kudos section.

You mentioned only needing one more point, and I can see you’re currently at 17/18 for this week.

You still have the rest of today to finish Week 2 and earn that final point.

Weekly Loyalty Schedule

• Week 1: 1st – 7th
• Week 2: 8th – 14th
• Week 3: 15th – 21st
• Week 4: 22nd – end of month

Each week resets at 00:00 SVT.
So you have all day on the 14th to complete Week 2, and Week 3 will begin as soon as the 15th starts.

Here’s what you’ve already completed this week:

• Approved Missions — 14 points
• Spun the Wheel — 1 point
• Spun the Deluxe Wheel — 1 point
• Painted Graffiti — 1 point

You'll need to do one of these tasks to complete the week:

• Sow 10 plants
• Harvest 10 plants
• Successfully pollinate 5 plants
• Sculpt using a Sculpting Block (minimum 5 mins - must save)

Each task can only be completed once per week to earn points, however you can earn points by completing up to 14 missions.

It looks like you’re a VIP member now, which means any Loyalty task you complete from here on out will award 2 points instead of 1 as long as you remain VIP!

Hi Penny. The progress for the loyalty challenge was stuck due to the XP issues around harvesting. I had only one more point to get for this week and now it is too late. Very frustrated
