I’ll pass this along to our development team for further review. Could you please provide a bit more information so we can better assess the issue? Specifically, let us know your current Farming level, the plant you’re trying to cross-pollinate with, and the type of seeds you’re using.
Any additional details you can share will be really helpful for our team to reproduce the issue and work toward a fix.
My Farmer level is 26, the plant that bloomed is the alien coralite. I am trying to pollinate it with the azure trumpet (states 65% success rate, level requirement 15, reward XP 86).
When i click on continue it loads to half and then shows "unknown error occured, error code: 0 Data: null".
Thank you so much for the additional information! I’ll pass this along to our development team for further review. I’ll be sure to follow up here once I have an update.
I’ve also attached a player made cross-pollination chart below so you can see which seeds can be used to cross-pollinate each plant.
Thank you much appreciated, i'll be waiting for an update. I don't seem to be able to see the chart you are talking about.. Can you try a different way?
I’m so sorry for the delay in following up on this bug. After running additional tests, I discovered that the issue occurs specifically when trying to cross-pollinate using an Azure Trumpet from My Stock (one already in your inventory). This will consistently trigger the error code. However, purchasing a new Azure Trumpet from the buy screen and using that one will allow the cross-pollination to work normally. I'm also curious to if you need level 50 in order to cross pollinate with that seed, and if the error code "Farmers XP Level 50 required" should be appearing instead and not allowing you to cross pollinate at all.
I’ve passed this information along to our development team for further assessment, and I’ll follow up here once I hear more.
