my main avi Joe Lavender isn't loading but my others are.

We apologise for the disruption to the game. The Team are aware of this issue and have been actively monitoring. This appears to be an issue with the About Me section.

1. Try clearing your About Me section in the 'Me' panel. You can do this without being loaded in.
2. Try loading into another space, for example an official space, then go back to the space you wish to load into.

We will post any relevant updates in this thread.

please help with the you tube. not able to save playlists. sometimes i get an error saying i reached my quota...at times i can add songs but saving the playlist rarely works. if i was flagged because of a lily allen song, i respect the terms of service. i spent almost 100 dollars on this game, can i get my account restored to use my music widgets please? or is there an interaction i need to do? also am i able to restore my old smallworlds avatar, eliza thatsme? thank you for any support.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to restore any old SmallWorlds avatars, as all of that data was permanently deleted. SmallVerse is a completely fresh start.

There are currently some known bugs with saving playlists. If the playlist isn’t saving directly through the widget, you can try clicking the widget, selecting Edit, then Configure, and adding your playlist there before saving. Accounts aren’t blacklisted from using specific widgets, so the issue is likely something else preventing the playlist from adding, removing, or saving correctly.

Please create a thread in the Bug Reports section on the forums so we can look into this further. Be sure to include any specific details that might help us diagnose the issue and work toward a fix.
