I made a purchase from another player in their shop. In my Transaction list it shows where the gold was taken from me but the item is not showing up in my inventory. Other Items I had purchased at the same time are there however. Any advice?

Shayla, could you please name the item which is missing from your inventory? We can look at this further for you.
As for your suggestion regarding Moderators, players cannot request a Moderator at their own will. You can either report an issue in-world or contact support@smallverse.app. We're here to support you on the forums too. There is a suggestions category if you did want to suggest this, however.
