Unable to join after deleting extra character

I recently deleted extra characters that I made when I first started. Now I am unable to load back in on my main one.

• Checkboxes in Settings > Performance do not do anything and cause issues loading into the game. Do not check these options

I definitely clicked around on these settings while in game prior to deleting the characters...

Maryjane, are you perhaps trying to load into your deleted avatar's homespace? Try loading into the Trading Post for example.

Unfortunately, those game performance options don’t actually work as intended and can cause loading issues afterward. The only real fix for that problem is clearing your cache, and luckily there are simple ways to do that without needing to uninstall and reinstall the program.
