Youtube videos don't save and when I try to go to configure to select an auto play a song it doesn't let me save, as well as boombox and it's saying I have the remote and showing 3 of me in the avatar section
Kash, sorry to hear you're having these issues. I tried to recreate them in-world today and both seemed to be working on my end. You are able to save the YouTube videos via the configure setting as you mentioned, make sure you press the orange save button in the bottom right. I did this and after refreshing several times the video I saved was still on the TV.
With regards to the boombox issue: does this happen when there is more than just yourself using the boombox or yourself alone?
It may be worth logging out and back in or reinstalling the App to see if a clear of your cache can resolve these issues.
Hey Penny! Thanks for getting back to me, I'm still having issues with the TV, even after logging back in and reinstalling, but as for the boombox its working just fine! I did email support as well!
I'm glad to hear the boombox issue is now resolved. I have attached a step by step guide on configuring the TV to save videos and to have audio continue in your space after exiting the widget. Please let me know if this assists in any way.
