    bugs on macbook

    i use a macbook pro to play. at least once a week, when i open the game, it suddenly crashes, closes itself and messes up my volume bar and light bar. sometimes the shortcut for the game changes its place on my desktop by itself. today, this happened 3 times in a row, i opened the game, it closed, messed my laptop settings (brightness and volume), i opened it again, it closed again etc. 3 times. yes, i did clear the cache. no, i didn't use this laptop for anything else besides watching netflix. what's wrong cuz this is very sus :d

    I bypassed the download on Mac too, two days ago now. My connection closes unexpectedly but I assume that is because the game is new. My laptop is also only used for netflix/youtube so if I get a virus I will definitely know it's from this. I remember being young and getting virusus on my laptop from Smallworlds, so hopefully this is different with new devs.

      Bb, it does not sound like SmallVerse is the cause behind the issues you're experiencing with your MacBook. This is the first time we have received a report of this nature. Are you running the latest MacOS update?

        Connection issues tend to be related to your WiFi, however, a number of weeks ago there seemed to be a widespread issue where players were disconnecting consistently. This is unrelated to viruses, though.

          I'm having the same issues! I'm not even on Mac. My computer has run so many games just fine and now with SmallVerse I can't play for more than 2 minutes without connection lost errors

            hopefully they'll take this seriously. i even wrote to support and they didn't care at all

              If you have any additional details that might help us diagnose and fix the issue, please reply below. This includes your specific laptop or computer brand/model, your operating system, available storage, and anything else you think might be relevant. And if anyone else is also having connection problems, feel free to comment as well.

              In some cases, the issue can be related to a player’s specific internet provider. Some players have noticed their connection improves when switching to a different network. We’ve seen similar situations before where players could load other, more demanding games without trouble but still had issues here. We’ve made improvements since then, but it may still require additional updates on our end.
