Painting Loading Glitch

Megan, unfortunately this seems to be a wider issue rather than a specific issue to yourself. Attempts have been made to rectify your paintings but a wider fix will need to be rolled out. This will be in due course once the issue has been identified and the Technical Team are in a position to roll out a fix.
