Pet doesnt come in world [MERGED]

Just tried clearing cache and cookies but nothing happened and the pet is still missing.
I noticed that a week or more ago it doesn’t appear anywhere i go even at my house so it is not that i am in a place that doesn’t allow pets.
Yes my pet shows when i open the pet section in Me panel and I’ve noticed that for the past week of it’s disappearance all his bars are always full (feeding, cleaning, petting) when he isn’t even showing so i can feed, cleaning and petting him

Hi Lulu,

Just to confirm, do you have the “Take Pet” option enabled on your profile page? This setting allows you to choose whether your selected avatar brings their pet with them in-world before loading in. If this isn't selected, your pet won't appear in any space, even if that spaces allows pets.

I've gone ahead and merged all of these threads into one since they’re all related to the same issue. It seems that the “Take Pet” option on the profile page isn’t properly registering when selected or deselected. I’ve shared this with our development team for further review, and I’ll provide an update here once I receive more information.

Yes,Take Pet is already clicked on my profile i even tried unclick it and click it again but still the same, I can see many people having the same issue as me.

This issue has been addressed by the Technical Team and the pet functions have been tested. Your pet should now accompany you in-world if you have selected the 'Take Pet' option selected on the profile page. Let us know if there are any further issues.

I tried to adopt a pet and I reach as far as choosing the type and naming it then clicking next and then it sends me to the pet training but I still don't have one. I asked another player to try and it happened to them also

Click on pet icon then adopt
Select type
Enter name
Press next

or when I try to click on profile, nothing happens

Kryssi, please try adopting a pet by doing the following in-world: click Me -> The cat icon on the top bar -> Adopt one today.

Hi, i did do that, a few times, and still nothing after adding the name it transports me to pet training and I never see the pet. On profile, it cycles between your pet needs attention to you sometimes saying you have no pet yet

Edit: After clearing the cache the photo posted are not showing for me either. They were just of profile where it shows "Your pet needs attention" and then after a few seconds it goes to "You have no pet yet".

Mine also has the same bug, It sends me to the pet training space without a pet after I pressed 'create'.

Do either of you see the pet in your own homespace? Have you both tried clearing your cache?

I followed these steps from another forum to clear the cache and I tried creating it again and it didn't work

For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:

1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

Hi, everytime I try to adopt a pet I create it. get taken to the pet training space but no pet follows me there. When looking at my profile it says to adopt again? I have tried the advice above with cache and cookies but same thing happens.
