Pet doesnt come in world [MERGED] RESOLVED

I go to adopt a pet, I then get teleported to the pet training space, but my pet does not appear. When I look at the me tab it says to adopt again. help?

- have cleared cache and cookies - still does not work.

Bex & Rixen, thank you for your posts. I'm afraid the issue with adopting pets is known to our Technical Team and is currently being worked on. I have merged your thread into a master thread for this issue. We will provide an update as and when they are available.

Buying a pet in homepage doesn't work. But even if I go into the world and do it from there, as soon as I TP to training grounds i dont have a pet. I've tried like 10 times now...

Hi! I keep trying to make a pet and it doesn't work. Cache is cleared and everything. If I do it from within the game I get transferred to the pet training but the pet doesn't appear, if I do it from the profile screen nothing happens at all.
