Lara, your pet appears to have been deleted/deactivated. You'll need to create a new one to bring it in-world and begin the mission.

Hello. I have been trying to change the look of my cat for a couple days now, and every time I hit save, it just reverts to how it originally looked.

Kash & Tina, I have merged your threads as there seems to be ongoing issues with pets. Many players are having difficulty with spawning their pets in-world. I have checked both your pets and they appear to be activated. I have forwarded your issue to our Technical Team who are already assessing the issues with pets. Once we have an update we will update you in this thread. We appreciate your patience.

The issue with pet customization issue has now been addressed. You should now be able to edit and save your pet's face without it reverting it back. Let us know if you experience any issues with this.
