    not able to buy items on store

    for some reason when i enter my information on purchasing an item it will not go through. i dont know if anyone else has had this issue but im not able to buy store items when entering the correct information.

        when i go to finish the purchases it wont let me click pay now after i have entered my card info.

          Have you tried using the website store instead of the in-client store? If so, could you let us know what happened when you did?

            after entering all the correct information the card still does not work and wont let me click pay now after putting in all the correct info

              Hello, I'm not able to purchase anything from the store either. After entering my payment information, the pay now button is still grey and, no matter how many times I click it, the payment does't go through. I tried using the store on the app and website but it still won't work.

                        Bumping to also confirm this. Located in North America.
                        Here's what happens:
                        I am able to click what I want.
                        Proceed to cart.
                        Enter in my zip code and then proceed
                        I input my card information (everything is correct and my card is the same one I have been using, the card is not frozen, I have plenty of funds.)

                        And then this is where it is stuck: the payment button is greyed out and will not let you proceed onto the bank verification.

                        Hopefully that's enough clarification. Note: There is no error message received.

                            Same thing has been happening to me sense last night buy button will not light up, I even tried two different cards also called my card company this morning all good on my end.

                              I've stated in my response above that I tried both the app and website, neither worked. I also tried it again 5 minutes ago and still nothing. The username is Xion Kh
