Aira, apologies for not getting to this sooner. If you post in Bug Reports or Community Help in future a Moderator will get to your issue a lot quicker.
We had a player with a similar issue yesterday who resolved this issue by clearing their cache - try logging out and back in again or reinstalling the App. Please let us know if you are unable to resolve the issue using these solutions.
