Ice Skating Pond customization ISSUES :(

I just bought a space (not cheap, by the way lol) called "Ice Skating Pond" because I wanted to recreate a space I made many years ago. But I was disappointed because now it doesn’t offer the customization options it used to have.

This is a photo from many years ago in the original space in SW,:

and as you can see, the ground is like gray gravel. That option is no longer available in the same space here in SV .

Could you please check if something is disabled? That type of ground is important for what I want to do with the space. Thank you.

I’m attaching images showing that no matter what I change, the ground stays green (default)… and the other choice is snow.
