CAN'T upload photo to picture frame

It stays on the loading screen and i've seen others upload photos on their frame but for some reason I can't. I tried...

1. Restarting the app multiple times at different intervals
2. Clearing app/system cache
3. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

I am on a Dell Intel Laptop if anyone is wondering about the equipment and using the SmallVerse Application, PLEASE HELP THANKS! xD
