Im trying to sell a shop and its nothing there to be able too plus I can not remove the space from my favorite please help been going on for about a week now?

Hi Bena, in future please create your own thread if you'd like help with an issue. To sell a space you need to click space settings and click sell space. You cannot sell starter spaces. What is the name of the space you are having trouble setting for sale?

To unfavorite a space you need to go into the favorites tab and click remove from favorites.

hi again i know what to do but theres no choice on there when i go to it just as add to favs and no sell this place its not a stater home i bought through sv, the name is Price is Rite its an everything sell shop. please help!!!! i wrote to support as well and they said to do the same thing your telling me but i know how to sell and take remove space but those options are not there...its the Beca Square...........

Is the sell space option the only button you do not see or do you have issues with other options not appearing? I am looking into this issue for you further and hope to have an answer soon. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as logging in and out, clearing your cache or reinstalling the app?

Yes the only thing on the space when I go to it is add to favorite I have trying for a while and I still can not sell and it doesn't change or add sell this space...The shop building is Beca Square...

Hi Bena,

Can you confirm if the space you’re unable to set for sale is this one:
Space ID: fbe4be5e3b62c9edf1f5f0e24a42c7cf
The current name shows as Bena Hayes's Space, Model Beca Square ID 3637 and it appears to be empty.

If so, the reason you don’t see the “For Sale” option is because it’s currently set as your homespace. Homespace locations cannot be listed for sale, which is why you only see the “Add to favorites” button. To fix this, simply go to the My Spaces panel, select another space you wish to make your homespace, and click Make homespace. Once you’ve changed your homespace, you should then be able to list this space for sale.
