Loyalty challenge glitch

Hi everyone, I hope smallverse team see this, I have been completing my monthly loyalty challenge and the last point from the 18 points every week doesnt have notification. So i make more missions and seeding and watering to make sure it is complete cuz i dont get any notification when i finish the weekly challenge, last week i did too and made more missions and seeding to be safe, but discovered lately that i still didnt get the last point ;( by checking my profile, the second bar is not full ;( and this is the only way for me to know whether i finished weekly loyalty challenge. Any help Smallverse team ;( feels hopeless after spending 2 weeks doing it and discovering i didnt complete the last point cause of a problem that is not even mine ;(((

Hi Lulu, sorry to hear you are having issues with the loyalty challenge. You can earn 14 points by completing 14 approved missions, you must then complete four of the following tasks in order to complete your kudos:

• Spin to Win
• Spin to Win Deluxe
• Complete Approved Missions (up to 14 approved missions)
• Sow 10 plants
• Harvest 10 plants
• Successfully pollinate 5 plants
• Paint on the Graffiti Board (minimum 5 mins - must save)
• Sculpt using a Sculpting Block (minimum 5 mins - must save)

You can only complete one of the following tasks once, you will not receive a point each time you complete a task, you will only receive one point per task (two for VIPs). You seem to be missing a point because there are only three available points for planting -- you needed to do something else on the above list to complete your kudos. If you have a VIP membership you will receive 2x points for each task on the above list. You can read more about the monthly loyalty challenge here.
