Connection continues to "close unexpectedly" [MERGED]

Hi, I recently started to get disconnected while in the world at random times. I noticed it too in other players. For example, if we are doing a mission in the same space, they also appear to disconnect and load back into the space. I'm not sure what exactly is going on... my WiFi is working fine for everything else. I noticed this started happening maybe 2 days ago. I would appreciate if anyone could comment if they are experiencing this! TIA

I get that a lot too, when I finally manage to get inworld.
Everything is extremely laggy for me, loading the homepage, going inworld, even the forums. Once I am in a space it's okay - expect for the connection closed issue - but getting there is a pain.
I did clear cache already, and my internet is working just fine, and my computer pretty new, so I don't know what's causing this.

Same as Maya Saran. I am hoping this is not going to be a ongoing problem. while doing missions it makes me start counting objects all over. I am hoping for a good game. It is hard starting all over. but, in away I am happy to see I am not the only one this is happening too.

I am having the same issues. Just downloaded the game, was hoping to reminisce from the smallworlds' days, but i just disconnect every couple of minutes because the connections continues to close unexpectedly.

I had my laptop HP computer for 6 months and never had a problem with it now for the last few days now I log on for a couple mins or seconds and i get connection closed unexpectedly I dont know whats causing it can some one please help?

I've noticed that any time I have other windows than SV open, my connection closes in an infinite loop and I have to restart my client to resolve, and not open other windows. This happens on both mac and windows, but appears more severe on Windows. My connection closed 4 times while writing this :\

I've noticed it happening everywhere I go, My home, Mission locations. Generally it does it within seconds of me entering into a space, and then continuously tries to reload and fails until i reload the whole page. I managed to nearly complete the butterfly mission before it lost connection but thats the longest i've lasted in a space before being kicked out due to connection issues.

We’ve noticed a recurring issue that seems to affect many players. The first time you enter in-world, the connection drops within about a minute. When this happens, the auto-reconnect doesn’t kick in, so the game hangs until you manually refresh. After refreshing, everything works normally and the issue doesn’t happen again during the same session.

We’d like to get a better idea of how widespread this is. Has this been happening since you first joined, or did it only start recently? If you’ve noticed it before, has it become more frequent or severe over time?

I played a pretty long time without this happening this morning. I am logged on now and it is closing many times. I checked cache internet ect everything there seems good. Should I try to uninstall game then re downlaod?

Hi Hawket, you may find logging out and back in again may resolve this for you. Is this the first time you have experienced issues with your connection? As Mya stated above further details are helpful for us to identify the root cause of this issue.

Hi Mya, sorry for the late response. The issue for me has only been happening since the last update. Prior to this I never had issues. Thank you for checking into it
