Gift Glitch

Someone sent me a gift that never showed up in my inventory, And so he sent a second gift, and the second one showed up, but it won't let me open it. I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm talking about. I hope this helps. Thank you!

Thank you Penny, I pulled the second gift out of my inventory, and it stacked with the snowglobe. I'm all set now, I think it was just a glitch.
