Performed the Acorns Investment Offer and completed it, included. setting up account, adding money to that account for several investment plans (25$). i have yet to receive my earning from the Offer. Are these offers not real? or am i doing something wrong? please let me know if anyone else has had the same problem. if a mod or dev sees this please reply or reach out to me.

Chex, the SmallVerse Team are unable to assist with verifying missing rewards. Our Offer Providers require that all disputes for uncredited rewards be submitted through their respective support channels. After they review the offer and confirm completion with their vendors, they will notify us to credit any rewards that are owed.
For Wannads:
Tickets must be submitted through the widget inside The Factory, which sends your request directly to their team.
Once the Offer Provider completes their investigation and confirms that your reward was not granted, they will contact us directly so we can add the missing amount to your account.
For RevU:
Open the OfferWall through the widget inside The Factory and click the headset button to access RevU Support. Each offer has its own deadline for filing a support request. The offer will shows its status and indicate whether you are able to contact RevU Support to investigate any missing rewards.
