painting and sculpting loyalty not working

I actively painted and sculpted for like 10 mins each and neve rgot the loyalty points and im worried it will mess up my progress

Tom, the reason you are not receiving the points for time spent painting and sculpting is likely due to the fact you have already achieved 18/18 points for this week in the Loyalty Challenge.

Penny, I am having this issue too. I have spent a good amount of time sculpting this afternoon and saving, definitely longer than 5 minutes in the block each time. I also did the same in the painting widget, extra to make sure that I reached the minimum amount of time. It's not working or is sporadic to having an issue, for whatever reason.



As you can see, regardless of my time painting and sculpting, it has not counted for week 4.




This is the amount of XP I received while using the widgets. Not certain if you can get an idea to the amount of time I would have needed to spend in the widget to earn my points, but yeah, it's definitely not working.


And just to let you be aware, I already cleared my cache before I got started.

Nevermind.

Apparently, it finally counted toward my loyalty after I closed the game down and reopened it. LOL. This is the first time it did this to me though. (clueless)
