Unable to Load my Carvers Cave Letter Cavern Shop

I am unable to load my Carvers Cave Letter Cavern Shop. I cleared cache and still nothing works.

Jupiter, while your space took some time to load, I was able to eventually load in. Can you advise what happens when you try to load in; do you receive the unable to load error message? I understand you have attempted to clear your cache files, please make sure you followed the steps in order.

I followed the steps in order and it didn't work for me. I don't get any error message, I either load just the room with no sculptures nor my avi or I load just the room with my avi and no sculptures.

Jupiter, please try clearing your game cache files again. An internal change was made recently and the server was restarted which should have resolved this issue.
