I'm not sure what the wait period is after completing a mission, but I just completed one and was not rewarded any xp or tokens for it and it's been nearly a month since I did it last. It also took my entry fee for starting it.
Kinzie, it sounds as though you may have completed the mission in less than 4 minutes and this would explain why you did not receive the XP and token pay-out.
