Mission: Interact with multiple items not working properly

I submitted the form to have my mission approved and it was rejected because the tasks weren't updating properly. I have added how many items need to be interacted with to update the task for example 5 steps... when i get the the 3rd object it automatically updates the task not completing all 5. Please could someone help!!

Have you made sure on your mission interactions where it says 'steps' that they are all on '1'.
