I'm having trouble completing the weekly mission xp due to the missions not loading for me. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but it will not start any missions for me currently, or even allow me to test the mission i've been working on. Not sure if it's a bug or something on my end but it's every mission i've tried. I click start and nothing happens, or attempt to test a task from my own mission and nothing happens then either. I don't even get a pop up like you usually do on the side of the screen. Is anyone else having this issue?

Gigi, could you please attempt to follow these step-by-step solutions:- Clearing active missions list, cancelling any active missions;
- Use an alternative avatar to activate the mission;
- If the above fails, cleargame cache files (see instructions below);
- Delete and reinstall the App after game cache files have been cleared;
- If missions do not activate, try using an alternative avatar again following cache files being cleared;
- If the above is unsucessful, please try creating a new avatar and attempting to accept a mission on that avatar.
For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:- Close SmallVerse completely.
- Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
- Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
- In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
- Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
- Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
- Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
