Spaces Will Not Load.

Anytime I login to any space, the only thing that loads is a blue screen. Has anyone else experienced this?

Leota, we would recommend attempting to clear your game cache files if you are experiencing unexpected behavior in-world. Please refert to the instructions below based on the device you are using.

For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:

1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

For macOS Devices:

1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
   SmallVerse - Download
