Another chair in a mission won't work, I think it's because of me :(

Hi, so on another post I pointed out that a chair wasn't working for the mission 'Stellantis' and this was confirmed by the Team and the owner of the mission/space couldn't remove it. I've just gone to do another mission and the same thing has happened but with a bed (still the same sit gesture), I think it might be my account that is causing these issues as this mission worked before. I have checked and other people can't sit down on it either, exact same issue as the last, I have cleared cache, reloaded SV, etc.
My space also had the loading issue earlier today which thankfully got fixed which further leads me to believe that I might be the issue.

It is my mission and my space. I can not sit, nor move, nor remove the bed. It says someone is using it.
I tried changing it to instanced with one per instance and it still wouldnt let me sit, when I switched it back to non instanced it still says someone is using it.
