Keily, I understand you are experiencing connection issues. Could you please try the solutions below and let us know if it resolves your issue.
SOLUTION 1
The first step we would recommend is clearing your game cache files and deleting & reinstalling the App.
For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:
1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.
For macOS Devices:
1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link: SmallVerse - Download
SOLUTION 2
If you are using MacOS -- the Find My app/setting can intefere with connection and may the cause behind your connection. If not, it may be exploring if you have any security apps on your device that may be blocking SmallVerse such as your firewall.
SOLUTION 3
In addition, if you go into your WiFi app/dashboard (if you have one) you may be able to explicitly allow the site "smallverse.app" which may assist in stabilizing your connection.
No, it won't work, it's still repeating, always never stops, cache always solves not success for that. I have tried everything, are seen pretty good results, but I do not understand why I have a constant issue with it.
I don't think Keily is the only one with this issue, I just tried to enter my garden and I keep getting the "connection closed" issue, three or four times in a row already, it's quite annoying. And yes, I tried the steps mentioned above several times already, it doesn't make a difference.
Unfortunatley, the above are the only known solutions for those experiencing connection issues. There has been mention that sometimes bluetooth connection can intefere with connection, if you are using a laptop perhaps try switching off bluetooth temporarily. The same has also been known with any cables plugged into MacOS devices.
Have you experienced the same connection issues when connected to another WiFi network? Have you tried connecting to a mobile hotspot to see if the connection issues persist?
