I have painted multiple times, sown multiple plants, and harvested them and it never gives me the points for them. For this week and last week. Anyone else having this issue?

Kinzie, have you used the Graffiti Wall for more than 5 minutes and made sure to save your progress? As for sowing and harvesting plants, have you tried doing it all at once to make sure the points register?

Yes, I used the graffiti wall for longer than 5 minutes multiple times and saved each painting. And yes, I harvest all my plants at the same time and sow them at the same time. They are still not registering.

Kinzie, as you know myself and Mya visited you in-world to explain the issue as to why you were not receiving Loyalty Points for sowing/harvesting plants. As advised, you will need to purchase a 10th planter since you were only using 9. We could not locate any XP logs for painting and we advised you to purchase a new Graffiti Wall to see if this resolves your issue. If not, please try clearing your game cache files.

For Windows Devices:
We recommend starting by logging out of SmallVerse and logging back in, as this can often resolve minor issues. If the problem persists after doing so, please proceed with the steps below to clear your cache:

1. Close SmallVerse completely.
2. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Type %appdata% into the search bar and press Enter.
4. In the folder that opens, locate and delete the SmallVerse folder.
5. Open your Recycle Bin and delete the SmallVerse folder from there as well.
6. Reopen SmallVerse and try again.

For macOS Devices:

1. Simply uninstall SmallVerse and then reinstall it using the following link:
